Harding School of Theology is pleased to announce the selection for Brenda Curtis as the 2024 Alumna of the Year.

Brenda Curtis received the MAC degree from HST in 2001.  In January 2002, she began 22 years of service at HST as Assistant to the Dean to Drs. Huffard, Black, and Powell, and has provided exceptional service and care to HST students. She has an active teaching and counseling ministry to women and has provided leadership for Women for Harding. She is the third woman to received the award, along with Annie May Lewis (1993, 2006) and Linda Oxford (2004). She and her husband, Randy, have two daughters and five grandchildren and attend Park Avenue Church of Christ in Memphis.

Brenda joins a line of distinguished recipients of the annual HST award dating to 1973. Like them, her life of ministry exemplifies the school’s ideals.
