The Conundrum of Leading as a Preacher – Dr. Evertt W. Huffard

There are many challenges for preachers and other church leaders working together. The preacher often is between the elders and the other members. He may not be empowered to actually lead even if he has the most training and education. The leaders may view the preacher as a hireling.

Dr. Huffard offers suggestions for making this relationship work.

Here is the document referenced in Dr. Huffard’s video, The Conundrum of Preachers Leading.
