The Hogan-Cate Asian Missions Endowment

The Tabuljun'sThis endowment honors the efforts of longtime missionaries Steve and Jeannie Cate in Indonesia, and Gordon and Jane Hogan in Singapore. The endowment was established in 2011 in celebration of the 60th wedding anniversary of Tine and Carlo Tabalujan by the Tabalujan family. You may read their story on page two of the Fall 2011 issue of the HST newsletter, The Bridge.

Map with Asia highlightedThis grant will provide housing, travel expenses, and tuition for a church leader on sabbatical or a missionary on furlough from Asia to spend a semester at HST and Harding University. The sabbatical recipient is also expected to participate in the Harding University Bible Lectureship (conducted in the Fall each year) and other special events at Harding University and HST for spiritual renewal and to promote missions in Asia.
