Action Packed Thursday: September 13
September 10, 2012 | Written by Matt Carter
Thursday, September 13, will be an action packed day on the HST campus.
CUDA Chapel and Reception
At 11:00, we’ll have a special chapel and reception in the library. Greg and Megan McKinzie are visiting from Peru, and we want to raise awareness about their work there, most notably CUDA.
CUDA is a non-governmental, non-profit, faith-based organization that empowers vulnerable communities in urban Peru to overcome cycles of poverty. Our vision of justice, wellbeing, and joy in the city leads us to promote physical, psychological, social, and spiritual wellbeing through projects in the areas of education, health, finance, and the environment. The Fall 2012 campus experience is also on Thursday, from 3:00-8:00. Prospective students are invited to come meet our community, get to know the campus, and share a meal with students, faculty, and alumni. For full details and to RSVP for dinner, please visit this page.
If you’d like to visit the campus, but are unable to be here on the 13th, please get in touch with the admissions office here.
