Special Seminar in Church Leadership

February 3, 2012 | Written by Dr. Eddie Randolph

Leadership is an important key to a healthy church. Since churches will never rise above their leaders, it is important that church leaders stand taller.

The Seminar in Shepherding and Congregational Leadership is a new and unique offering of the Harding School of Theology. Designed to deepen the leadership skills of church leaders in an intensive and interactive format, this seminar will explore spiritual authority, ministry to families, useful resources, addressing congregational conflict, becoming leaders who transform, and spiritual formation in churches. This team-taught curriculum brings together a team of experienced instructors for in-depth training. We understand the joys and challenges in church leadership and want to encourage men and women to hone and expand their leadership skills through better practices. This benefits the church, the leader, and the Kingdom.

The Seminar in Shepherding and Congregational Leadership will meet March 20-25 (Tuesday-Sunday) at the Harding School of Theology.

This is a graduate course for credit in all of our degree programs. Those in our Certificate in Spiritual Leadership program can enroll for a special price (information here). Because HST believes in strengthening church leadership, this class is available to non-credit attendees for only $300 tuition + $50 for resources.

We want couples to participate, so spouses can participate tuition free – they just need to pay the $50 resource fee. Each day, there will be a special break-out session just for the wives of elders and ministers.

Space is limited, so sign up to guarantee a place.

For more information contact Dr. Eddie Randolph at erandolph@hst.edu or 901-432-7724.
